Rick was awesome, helpful, personable and thorough. He was on time and went through everything with us explaining each thing he was looking at. we highly recommend Rick he puts a lot of thought in his work and it's easy to tell he really takes his job seriously. After the inspection he emails us a very descriptive PDF explaining everything he had looked at and spotted! There were also pictures showing what he had found. Very happy with the service would definitely recommend to others! Money well spent
