Bill Irving did an excellent job of replacing two storm doors. He first came in person to give me a quote which was very reasonable. Bill went above and beyond what was required to complete the job. We need more companies like TLC. Thank you Bill for a great job.

Thank you Melba. Yes it was a challenge getting the right hardware for the handles. When I'm in a situation like this, where the wrong hardware was supplied, no fault of yours, I think it's just part of the service that I provide. You were very accommodating, friendly & polite which I really do appreciate.
