Hired this company after speaking to the owner . His team showed up to raise our path and stairs leading to our porch. While the team were doing the work, they cracked our steps. Instead of telling us this happened, they tried to cover it up by attempting to patch the crack with concrete. When the job was done and we looked at it, we were told that the patched area would dry and it would be fine by the workers. The next day we saw that the patched area looked terrible. We called the owner and he sent his guys a week later back to see us. When they arrived at 8 pm at night (they were supposed to be here early afternoon), they had an attitude! When we explained we were unhappy with the work they told us they weren't concrete guys do it they tried to repair it, they would make a mess if it! Additionally they were actually aggressive with us during this conversation. We then asked for them to leave and called the owner back. After numerous calls, voice messages, and emails we have not had any resolve. He has not rectified this in any way. We asked for our money back as the job was not as promised, and in fact was worse than when they started. Too this day no resolve and it has been months. The owner will not return calls or emails. He simply ignores you. Save your money and go with another company that will stand behind their work. Since the issue I have spoken to Four other people who have had similar issues. I wish I knew this before hiring them!!! See pictures for the evidence!
