I am very grateful to Jeff Scnnurr for making me a promise that he would deliver a home theatre system that would produce a `wow' visual, sound, and kinesthetic experience. The entire basesment had to be reconfigured to set this up. I hired Jeff to hire all contractors - electricians, dry wall plasterers, painters, and manufacturers of home theatre system - to produce the final product. Being a busy guy myself, I did not have time - nor did I want to make the time - for taking care of all the little details which do need to be looked after in order for the project to be successful. Jeff made his promise and delivered. He operates with integrity. I know that I can count on him for after sales service, as he has already proven himself in this area. My family and I get to enjoy the experience of being in a theatre without having to leave home. I am grateful. - Jes
