emergency replacement of hot water tank
Called the office at 3 pm Saturday to have someone come out ASAP to replace hot water tank due to leak. Joe arrived when promised and was fantastic!! He gave us options & expalined the differnce. He explained what he was doing and why. He gave us lots of pointers. When he was finished, he cleaned up behind him. We have off white carpets - you'd never know someone came in with a hot water tank on a dolley in the middle of winter. Thanks Joe.

We're proud to offer 24hr emergency services for our customers that need us (planned service members only pay the "regular hours" $39.00 travel and dispatch fee!). We're also ecstatic to hear about your white carpets staying white! That's always a challenge, but it's policy to lay down drop sheets and wear boot covers over our boots to maintain our customer's home!
