my bf was doing things online that he shouldn't and got my brand new laptop infected with a virus. when i brought it into bestbuy (where i bought it) they told me I would need to have all my stuff deleted to get rid of it and they wanted to charge me over 200 to do it so they could install some program on there. I took it into these guys for a second opinion and they told me that not only would they not need to delete anything but it would only be a hundred dollars. took them like 4 days or something but they got rid of it as promised. they were extremely professional and didnt lose a single thing on my compy. 4 days did seem like a lot but then best buy said it would take like 3 weeks!!!!!!! sorry but this seemed like a pretty good amount of time to me. definately recommend these guys.
