Horrible Company to work with, stay away!
Stay away from this Pool company, works great with you (Until they get your money that is, then good luck with any warranty items) They installed a pool for me less than a year ago. My pool light never worked from day 1. I had to chase the owner for 3 months and he wouldn't take ownership for it. He tried to put the blame on the Landscape Company, saying they must have crushed the conduit and wire with the retaining wall. When I asked Greenscape to come take a look, they realized that Pro Pools had drilled a hole in the conduit and wire with the anchor for the winter cover. Cost me almost $1400 to have it repaired and pro pools owner Al Forsythe refuses to cover the damages. He treats his customers like garbage, trays his employees like garbage (swearing at them in front of me constantly) horrible company lots of other pool company's out there... Don't use Pro Pools. They will take your money and won't ever come back to fix anything. Thumbs up to Greenscape Landscape for actually fixing the Pool company's mistake!
