Patio, picture, 3 bedrooms, & a basement windows replacement
I Live in a co-operative housing complex. Government grant paid 4 new windows in entire co-op. Supposed 2 be Argon,low-E but no sticker or etching. Was -23C last night, air leakage @ edges of all windows, temp at botton as low as -5C, Center of glass temp was as high as +14C. Our furnace is on alot maintaining 21C. Another waist of money by our neighbors in government. Ignorant jerks!
