My lawn started from soil, due to next door construction in the past year, barely any lawn left and was mostly brown. Dave over seeded and fertilized and explained all what it takes to grow a healthy lawn. All results are from one visit. I would be receiving and additional seeding and fertilizing as a part of their fall program, job well done on recent aeration visit. Strongly recomended.
