They sent out a repairman that wasn't qualified to work with gas. We had to rearrange schedules again. They fixed and 4 days later broke again. After we called back they did not return the call to arrange an appointment. I called again. They returned the call a day later to the wrong number. After spending $ 2 times with them we decided to buy a new dryer. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Would never use them or recommend them.
