The salesman assured us that if we did it right, our ice damming problem would be resolved. We paid them over $25,000 to "do it right" and now our ice damming problem is worse than before. When we contacted Ray, he said he would come out to look at it but never showed up. Months later I had a totally unsatisfactory conversation with him on the phone. I would avoid this company at all cost. Jim
