From the moment Cathy came over to prepare the work order to when the garbage bin was taken away, I can honestly say I have no complaints. Cathy and Ray are honest and so knowledgeable. The crew always arrived on time and put in a good days work. They were respectful and kept myself and Ray up to date on the progress and problems. I knew there were some issues hidden under the shingles and they were defined, agreed to and fixed. The quality of the materials was top notch. One thing I really appreciated was that extra care taken to ensure 99% of any nails on the ground were picked up. Especially in the back yard where my 3 little dogs play, it was clean. Many thanks !! A few of my neighbours were impressed with how the crew worked and the end result.

Raymond Derochers Roofer's did a thorough re-shingling job with drip edges and downpipes. They worked around bad weather in October and did a great job of protecting the new walkway and garden. We even used the website to try our house with various colours before the work started. Expert job!

The project was started on time and the workers did a great job from start to finish. Old shingles,etc. were disposed of via dumpster and the clean up was excellent.

Ray and his workers took on a huge job of gutting two flat roofs right down to the existing original structure and had to repair our previous contractors mistakes. With expert experience he ensured that our roof would never to leek again and ensured that there was no water pooling. I contracted this company to replace my roof and showed them where I could see water damage inside. They quoted me on the job and said I would have 3 feet of ice and snow protection all around. A year and a half later the problem was worse than before. I reported back to them and they told me I had an insulation problem. I secured a professional to assess my insulation and he said it was my roofing and that it had been done improperly. When Ray came to speak to me he claimed I had my roof done 4 years ago. (As if I wouldn't know!) and when I showed him the water leakage he totally acted as though he couldn't see what I was seeing. Now I have to contract an insulation company to remove all the wet insulation due to poor workmanship. The roof workers were rude to me the day of installation and were laughing and smirking. Now I realize what a substandard job they were doing. We did not have a very bad winter this year so I know the job was shoddy. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
