After losing our house to a fire we had to tear down and rebuild. TBS did the plumbing. Our first problem was with an upstairs shower which only had cold water, Scott came and fixed the problem. Our second problem was a month after we moved in in the upstairs bathroom drain from the toilet completely clogged and we had to call in a router service to unclog the drains. Third problem was when I went to change the UV filter on the water system after a year in the house. Unfortunately, I broke the glass shaft that the UV bulb sits in. I called Scott. No answer called again no response left messages that I was in an emergency situation. No response got his father's number from a friend whose house they had also worked on and called him several times. No response. I discovered that the equipment that they had installed was not available in town and was only available through online order from Kitchener. For which I had to wait a week for delivery. I then had to replumb the water system and put in a bypass so that we could have water to the house while I waited for delivery. After more than a dozen calls and messages left expressing an extreme emergency, not one response. we have since that time in the two-and-a-half years since we've moved into the new house had clogged drains from the toilets at least six times. I am now dealing with a completely clogged drainage system from my kitchen sink. I will not call Scott because I know he will not respond. I would not, repeat, would not recommend this company. Feel free to respond to this review Scott it would be nice to hear from you. Yes, that was sarcasm. P.S. to add to this post, I had to cut out a section of ABS in the basement as I could not unclog the drain with a snake for the kitchen and I could not get the snake past the 90 degree corners Scott had installed. Snaked it from the opposite end and eventually got the clog out.
