Brian was very efficient and professional from the start of our first phone call. He was very polite and easy to talk to. I was looking for an estimate to get the tiles and bathtub cleaned. Brian explained the process and I set up a free estimate for him to come by and take a look at my bathtub and tiles. He took some photos and then sent me the estimate about 1 day later. He always followed up and kept in contact with me. He sent me a text message in the morning to confirm the time he would arrive on the day of the job. He was very clean and tidy. He did a bathtub/shower restoration which included: 1. Scrub Cleaning & Rinse 2. Hi Heat Steam Cleaning 3. Caulking removal and replacement 4. Complete colour seal. The job took about 5 hours and after the work was done the bathtub and tiles looked brand new! The shower is too nice to use now! Brian even went the extra mile and replaced the caulking around the bathroom sink. I would highly recommend Brian and would definitely use his services again in the future. We have used Stubbs Renovations on and off over the last 6 years for waterproofing, bathrooms and kitchen renovations, re-wiring, patio and cement work, new shed. We found Arthur knowledgeable, fair and honest. He knows good tradesmen. His team of workers are respectful and obliging. At the end of the day, they left everything clean and tidy.
