Murray arrived at the time expected and checked the furnace system to determine the difference in temperature between treated air and return air. He also tested the condensate pump to make certain it was removing condensate from the system. The air filter on the furnace was also checked. The sheet metal panels were removed from the air conditioner and water was used to remove the small amount of material that had collected against the cooling fins. As Murray completed these various tasks, he explained the purpose of each aspect of his work. I appreciated the explanations, and the careful manner in which he completed his work.

The Abbey Air personnel arrived on time and completed the job diligently. All pipe and wiring was replaced with new materials. All work was done with care, and exactly as requested. Old unit and all other materials were removed. Technician made some final adjustments to ensure that system functioned to maximum efficiency. We were very pleased with the way in which Abbey Air personnel completed the installation. More importantly, we are very satisfied with the functioning of the new equipment, and also with the effect of the final adjustments made to the furnace fan to make the air conditioner more effective and the whole system quieter.
