Paul - a great guy. Responded well to questions and was reachable any time. answered all questions and cleared any doubts and was a good guide. Had the roof replaced in Oct/Nov 2016 and a job well done.
Good Technician...worst ever office agent. If you can deal with extremely rude bahavior and can live with the scheduling agent saying, "We didn't ask you to call us. You should have gone and bought a new refrigerator", this company is for you. Something that ticked me off and i had to tell her that she needs serious customer interaction training. Nothing against the engineer (a great technical guy) but you can't deal directly with the engineer without dealing with the Non-technical agents.
