We have been living in this house for over 16 years. The house is almost 100 years old, so are drains and pipes, so it seems. There is always (at least once or twice a year) a problem with drain backup. A week ago when two basement toilets backed up again, my husband called Master Drain and Water Works. The response was immediate. The plumber (Vladimir) showed up within an hour or so, assessed the problem, fixed it very quickly and left the place clean as new. He even took time to explain very thoroughly what the problem was. The price for the service was very reasonable, the plumber extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend their service to anybody.
