I'm very leary about the home we've bought with Sundial...they were not building at all it seemed for months, then all of a sudden popping out the homes like no one's business...i've heard people are being moved in without tubs, toilets--yes this is for real! easy to ask around and see. many families were moved in without thier balconies installed... i'm nervous, but praying that we will be okay, literally praying everyday..i just dont want to get had. good luck to all home buyers at mulburry meadows in ajax.
