Purchased windows for my home, window lock broke, have been chasing First choice for over a year, to fix the lock or replace window all I get is go to home depot and buy a new lock.(home depot does not carry it and never did)Went through the BBB, all got was lip service from the owner Alex, saying they would be around to fix it, never did fix it! I would recommed to stay away from these clowns, they do not warranty their products even though they say so! A picture of my house is on their brochure! Next step is small claims court.
