When he came to our house we described the scope of work that we needed and he provided excellent feedback on items we should consider. He was courteous, on time and clean. I contacted Rick as a result of water leaking out of my KitchenAid freezer. He and Ravi came within 2 days of my initial call. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. Rick took the time to explain the problem to me and was able to fix the issue within an hour. Plus, the final bill was very reasonable. Needless to say, I will definitely call Rick again in the future and I have no problem recommending him to family and friends!
