From the moment we walked in to the store Nick was as helpful as could be and guided us through all the options that could work for our situation and was extremely patient with us as we pondered the choices. Once we finally made our decision a second staff member carefully went over the installation requirements to ensure all would go well with the delivery. At delivery time, Stephan and his team were simply superb. He spent considerable time with us exploring orientation options, even rotating the tub a few times to help visualize the pros and cons of each position. After installation, he then spent some further time with us newbies explaining general use and maintenance of the tub. So all round excellent service from all at Purewater and even an email the next day to ensure that all was in order and we were happy with the entire process. As for the tub itself, the plug and play aspect of being able to plug it in to a regular outlet was just what we required and it performs just great. I would have no concerns whatsoever in recommending Purewater and Nordic Hut Tubs for anyone considering a hot tub purchase.
