Andrey was great; he patiently listened to my questions and explained my options. Tisha and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. They exceeded my expectations, even pointed out a minor defect in a window screen and replaced it quickly. They installed 10 windows, some were picture frame windows, some casement windows, but mostly sliding windows. I talked to them about my desire to paint the eaves and they gave me a piece of trim to use for colour matching. I anticipate I'll have Vinyl Window Pro replace my doors in the future. High quality, good value.
