I admit I did not do a lot of shopping around and relied on the reviews on Homestar. Estimate appointment : Nino was very polite. His expertise came across quickly-assessing the property, water source, and our requirements. So along with the reviews I had a level of confidence. Installation: The crew was polite, considerate and cleaned up. I have a relatively new large flower bed - and they moved around the plants carefully. No damage. I made a last minute addition, which they accommodated (I paid extra) I believe I paid a fair price for the level and quality of work. Nino happened to be in the neighbourhood the next day, so stopped by to check on the system. Lastly, Nino is responsive to phone calls. I did not encounter the frustration sometimes with other vendors when trying to reach them.
