The technician that serviced my fireplace was very professional. He did a great job. Fireplace is clean & running. He showed me how to light the pilot light if it ever goes out. Asked several times if I had other questions. Quoted a price for a part that may be defective in the future and because he did this and this was discovered today, I will not have to pay a service call fee to replace this part. I will pay for the part only. I really like this feature. Thank you Hans. Thank you Patrick & Ken.
