These people made arrangements with me twice to do some work in my home. The first time they showed up with the wrong materials. The second time they called me on the day they were supposed to come and cancelled - with no reason why. I was just told, "The installer just says he can't do it today". That is twice I have had to make arrangements with my work to have time off and TWICE they have been unable to follow through on their committment. When I told the lady who called me to cancel how unhappy I was and that I wanted to make a complaint her response was, "Go ahead, it doesn't matter to me". I would not suggest that anyone use this company. They are extremely unprofessional.
