We moved into Heartland in Cochrane about two weeks ago and have been very impressed with the level of service we have received throughout the process. From the initial inquiries at the presentation centre, the quick responses we received from Charla and Marika to our emails and phone calls, and the site super Nathan going over and above to accommodate us during the building process, it has been a generally flawless and easy build. Having built in the past with mixed results, this was the best process I have even been a part of. Thanks Excel! We love our new home.
