Attn : Dave This is further to your response last Monday to our call regarding a problem with the picture window and screens . As you know , the windows are now,approximately ten years old . We were very pleased to learn that the picture window ( which is showing a blue haze ) will be replaced at a very small charge to us . Also the screens which had lost their grey finish will all be replaced at a very small charge .
