Old home, had tried to relocate a drain for laundry sink. When we opened the floor, we found original cast drains had so much corrosion and after further inspection we saw that they needed replacing. Very clean workmanship.

It's unfortunate that we found a new can of worms during this project, but thankfully we camera inspected that rest of the sewer line and caught this during the reno and not after the reno and floor was finished. It is very important to camera inspect sewer lines prior to any basement or home reno project..by doing so can eliminate any chance of a sewer backup as a result of aged defective infrastructure.
