NL in Ottawa

Richard has been maintaining our furnace and A/C for years. Last time, he gave me a heads-up that the furnace might fail in the coming months. I was hoping to replace it in the summer but in early April, it died. Still with cold temperatures, Richard offered to come the next day and brought the furnace we had previously agreed upon. Both him and Mike (?) are pleasant, care to explain things, pay attention to detail and cleanup :-) Janice followed up a couple of days later. All is well.

Our previous eavestrough was not level, was leaking in the joints and we did not have enough downspouts. Dorian pointed out the existing issues and laid out a good plan. The team was pleasant, unobtrusive and fast. They also helped me with some other small things around the roof, despite not being their responsibility. They are proud of their work and it shows in the small details.
