Had grout done 2 years ago. Its now peeling off Roberto assessed problem. Offered NO SOLUTIONS or REASONS why this happened. HE IS VERY RUDE AND does NOT stand behind his work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We do offer a one year warranty on all of our work. As soon as the client called us, two years and 10 days past the project date, we scheduled to visit and assess the condition of her floor for that very same day, even though the warranty was one year and 10 days expired. We found the floor a little dirty, several areas stained, and one grout line with a 4 foot crack (this was not part of the original service). We cannot warranty work past the designated time limit; nor can we guarantee how the floor is cared for or maintained after our service; nor can we offer any type of warranty on work that we did not perform.
The entire length of this visit was less than 5 minutes as Ms. Dillon verbally assaulted our representative and forcefully escorted him to the door, slamming the door so hard it hit him in the head. During that time, he did try to explain to her what we could do to remedy the situation, which was not satisfactory to her.
