My neighbour used JSPEC and had nothing but good things to say about them. Justin quoted the job within a day or two of me contacting him. The price was great and Justin called to follow up and see if I had any questions. The crew lead by Jason was super friendly and did a great job. There were a few surprises with some wood rot and old cedar shingles that had to be removed. The added cost for these extras was very fair. The clean up was great with little evidence they were there. I would use JSPEC again for sure.
