Mike was to come by Friday, however he had truck troubles and could not make it. Nlot wanting to leave us stranded, we arranged another time/date. He arrived right on time, Sunday morning and was personable and apologetic for what happened Friday. He went right to work, gaveus a quote at the beginning of the job and stuck to it. He even stuck around to show my wife how to use her new ap[pliance. The work was done neat and he even did an insoection on all our gas connections, to ensure there was no leakage.

Dealing with the owner, Gene Lee, was a very comfortable and honest experience. He gave terrific input and advice, was comparable, if not below, other estimates we received, gave a written estimate with payment strucutred options, and completed the work relatively close to the timeline we talked about. We've used Renohouse for two washrooms, and Gene was really good at offering practical advice of what we were looking for. He's been our regular general contractor now for 8 years and we feel we don't need to go anywhere else. As a result of our loyalty, he has even come to do small jobs for us. I have recommended this company to my mother!
