When the 2 gentlemen came to install the air conditioner they were very courteous---explained what they were going to do---Laid the carpet leading from door to cellar door---every time they spoke to me they called me by name-----had one minor problem bringing in the copper piping to furnace---needed to cut a foam panel in ceiling and asked my permission to cut----I gave them the OK---once done and they cleaned up and they explained the bill before I paid them----they also stated that if there were any future problems to call he company----overall----I was completely satisfied with their work and courtesy Thank you Velma
