Called that evening as our fridge wasn't working and they sent out a technician that night. Technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the problem right away, even had to leave briefly to grab the part and finished the job. Very satisfied with a job well done :) Thank you Vitaly for your great service :)
