Our dryer stopped heating up. We had Vitaly come and look at it. It turned out to be our element and the element holder. Parts were ordered on Friday and he came back on Monday to install the necessary parts. Everything is in working order now! Thank you very much for you expertise and prompt service!

The drain pump was not working and needed to be replaced. The replacement pump needed to be ordered. The new pump arrived the next day and the work was completed quickly. An excellent experience.

When I called to ask for service at 6:45 pm, I expected to get a service time for the next day or so. I was very surprised when the coordinator told me that a service tech would call me about the arrival time. I was shocked that the arrival time would be that evening. Minutes later the service Tech called to say he would arrive in about 30min. He actually arrived about 15 minutes later. Vitaly was our serviceTech. He was very polite, friendly and respectful. He asked about the issue and immediately was able to identify the problem. He gave his estimate of the cost for the repair. He worked efficiently, and before we knew it the job was complete. He cleaned up and was on his way. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and my washer is working.

They came out the day we called. The technician was very professional and worked within a reasonable time frame. He repaired the washer and gave a 60 day warranty. So far so good, the washer seems fixed!
