The 0/10 rating is directed at the Customer service team - more directly the Customer Service Manager. We had a great experience through the sales/decor process, however what came after has been nothing short of a nightmare. We paid for a specific shower tile upgrade as outlined in our signed contract (We have pictures of the colour and a contract to prove this). The builder installed the incorrect shower tile, and refuse to fix this mistake. They claim they installed what their paperwork shows, yet have not provided me a with a copy of said paperwork so I can compare it to mine. The Customer Service Manager is not worthy of this title, as she has been of no assistance and has been completely rude throughout this process. One of the many examples of this behaviour was when I asked to be transferred to the VP of Construction, as she claims there was nothing she can do, to only disconnect the call before transferring me. I have contacted my lawyers to take the necessary steps as the Customer Service Manager and VP of Construction are not in the business of admitting their mistakes and fixing them. I am not asking for a free upgrade. I paid for this upgrade, and that is what I expect to receive.
