After shopping around different builders we decided to proceed with building our new home with Homes By Avi. We were impressed with how much customizations we were allowed to the default floorplan. We moved the laundry upstairs to increase the size of the pantry, coat closet and kitchen countertop. They made these changes without any extra costs. It was our first time building a new home and we definitely learned a lot. We appreciate all the help the Avi employees offered us. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
