Went with this business because they had good prices but that's were the positives end. Really poor communication. Calls not returned. emails not responded to. No one called us when our product was in. When it did arrive we got conflicting information about whether it needed to acclimatize in our home. Had to reschedule our appointment because of poor communication. Installer was supposed to show up at 9. Didn't see him until the afternoon. When I called the shop to inquire they made excuses and acted confused. Will not use this company again. Would not recommend. More problems than the savings are really worth. Might be worth it if you installed yourself and you're willing to stay on top of them and call them regularly.

Amazing quality, amazing service, beautiful kitchen. I am beyond thrilled with my choice to go with Copperbrook Cabinets. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and great to deal with. Inquires and emails were answered so quickly and there was always great communication. Any tiny hiccups that arose were dealt quickly and properly. This company definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and I was happy. Best company/trade that I encountered during my renovations.

We hired granite country for our kitchen reno. From start to finish I was thrilled with their service and product. They were knowledgeable, fast and professional. I highly recommend them.

After getting the estimate and signing the initial paperwork this company was nothing but a headache to deal with. Everything was a fight and they were late for every appointment. As we did not receive any paperwork aside from a quote we did not have precise measurements to give our cabinet company for our kitchen reno. When I called they were so unhelpful and unsure what to tell me that the cabinet company (who spoke to Canadian windows on the phone to try to get answers) decided to come out a second time to remeasure once the window was actually in. Once installed the window trim was uneven and there was a scratch in the plastic window casing. Not something I was trilled about spending over a thousand dollars on. **update - they came and filled the scratch but said they would be back to buff it down. Haven't heard from them. Now I have a blob instead of a scratch. I emailed to follow up and no one ever responded. A sign was placed on our lawn when we specifically stated TWICE that we did not want one. After install I again did not receive any documentation. I called the Calgary office and was told it would be emailed in the next couple days. Nothing was ever sent to me. I followed up a week later only to be told that the pink copy of the very first estimate sheet was my receipt. ???? When I asked to speak to an office manager or someone in charge the receptionist refused to give me a contact name or transfer the call or give them a message or my contact information. I was then hung up on when I told them it didn't seem like they knew what was going on. What kind of business doesn't give receipts? A poor one. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
