Joe Fabjan, President of Summit Renovations, was a delight to work with during the two weeks of renovation. He constantly said "I'm not happy 'till you're happy". He truly meant what he said. All of Joe's Sub-Contracters took great pride in their work, which was very evident in the finished product. Several problems arose during construction, all of which were handled in a timely and very profesional manner. We will definately use Joe again. We highly recommend him. His work was completed to a very high standard, with attention to detail. As an individual, Joe is the definition of a true gentleman.
