not happy at all. they removed old flashing without replacing it with new, very rude, unethical,used our tools without retuning them - after several e-emails it was returned, so if you are missing something they have it! what kind a roofing specialist are they without tools? VERY RUDE!

Thank you for the responce. First off the space you are so unhappy about between the shingles and the flashing is from removing the hidden cedar under your roof. This is a 1.5 inch difference. It was painted so thick we only noticed when the shingles where removed. We had removed it for free. Removing cedar is a big job and clostly I would rather work for free then charge you for it. As stated on out invoice remove one layer of shingles. Yes you couldn't find your rake and we couldn't find it as well,So we brought a new one for you .We didnt remove any flashing from your roof. If I felt there needed to be something done to the chimney I would have done it. Have a safe and great day. Thankyou
