Egbert arrived early. He was thorough, explained everything clearly, was forthright and honest about what he could and could not do for me. I found him to be professional and personable. A written report was provided promptly and questions answered quickly in the following days. Egbert seems to enjoy and take pride in his job. He also tells jokes and will eat pie. Highly recommend.

Hahaha. It was good pie! I wish I could do all my report reviews at that diner. I'm glad we had a good inspection Suzanne. Every time you buy a house you buy a job and I think you know what you are getting in to now. Enjoy it. That's a fabulous backyard.
