I had several companies come out to quote on a tricky furnace replacement (40 yr old furnace in a 105 yr old house). Jafar was great to work with from the get go. He spent the most time at my place figuring out the relevant details of the installation prior to quoting, including fishing for access through drop ceilings, etc. Jafar really knows his stuff and you know what you're getting into ahead of time (no surprise costs or last minute changes) and the price was very competitive. Installation took exactly as long as he said, he was great with the cleanup before and after the job and did a great job on the actual installation. I would definitely use Best Way Heating again and recommend Jafar to anyone I know.

We used Mike from Woodbridge Inspection at the recommendation of our realtor and couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Mike was very flexible to accommodate our last minute and very constrained schedule (on a Sunday afternoon). He did his homework on the property prior to showing up, including information from city records, google earth, etc, and followed up with pictures and further research within a couple of hours of the inspection (as we needed to remove subjects that evening). Mike was very courteous and professional throughout the inspection and took his time to explain every detail during the several hour job. He was very thorough and well informed and certainly knows his stuff. I would gladly recommend Mike and obtain his services for future home inspections.
