Hi Jen, I have reviewed your file with our service department. The siding issue email sent to our GM on July 23rd, 2013 was rectified and acknowledge by yourself in email that is was in fact corrected. Since this time our office has not received a service request for further siding issues. All files receive a 10-year workmanship warranty and any issues based on the work paid for will be corrected. Please contact our office @ 403.922.9226 and we will have a service representative dispatched to assess the issue immediately.
