They charge you over the top, only to deliver the absolute minimum. Very arrogant people when dealing with them. Basically everything they do is garbage, paint, drywall, concrete... Their contractors are even worse than them. You can get the same material for much less on the market, but of course they won't let you get your own material or hire your own people of do a certain job. One of their delivery managers said I cannot bring my friend to PDI. Even started arguing with me that PDI doesn't mean inspection, trying to get away with stuff. And they always make you sign the papers that everything is fine and dandy before they complete the job. One year inspection was a slap in my face... again the do the absolute minimum. Water gathers in my garage and freezes in the winter. The guy pored water on the garage and waited for 30 minutes; then said that the water remaining should be 4 square feet area or else they do not fix it, because Alberta Home Warrantee doesn't cover it. I paid around 700,000 for my house and that's the garbage kind of work I get! If you have a choice, run away... save yourselves!
