I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Nate from OWL. After making numerous phone calls to other companies who all said they could not help me with my bug problem for at least another 2 weeks, I found OWL. Nate was very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He gave me his word he would be at my house that evening for an inspection and he was.
