Maziar came out for the annual equipment check and to replace the hot water element. As always, he was on time, professional, efficient and respectful. He explained everything to me including the service contract and made some good suggestions regarding the type of furnace filters that I was using. I highly recommend these folks and in particular, enjoy having the service tech Mazair in my home. He is a true gentleman who takes great pride in his work and the company for which he works.
