We needed windows replaced on the second and third story of our townhouse. I had four quotes from different companies and decided on Fortress Windows not only for their competitive price but I was so impressed with Richard and his professionalism, but also his enthusiasm, willingness and patience in answering numerous questions. The windows were ready on time, work was done quickly as was the clean up, the crew was the best. Richard came by a few days later to check the work and see whether we were satisfied.
