After two years of regularly scheduled cleanings, the cleaners suddenly stopped showing up. I have repeatedly emailed, left voicemails, and spoken with a receptionist who has informed me the owner (Erin) is busy each time I've called. They have my house key, and after three weeks of trying to get it back, I will have to change my locks. Also of note: This company has inexplicably changed names three times in two years. It has also been Pristine Clean and Zen Maids.
