In many ways, Homestars has been very helpful when finding success in business. Unfortunately, their customer service, for supporting small business owners falls short much of the time. I often do not find Homestars' customer service efficient nor helpful, leaving me to navigate and/or problem solve issues. For being in the customer service business themselves, I find this ironic and frustrating. I appreciate the forum and generally like the review process, but if the service aspect does not improve, I'll be forced to take my business elsewhere. This would be a shame.
