I have patronized this Sears store for more than 25 years. They stand behind all they sell - from minor purchases like clock radios (I got a necessary replacement without asking and at no charge) to major appliances and a new bed.

I wanted to purchase a Christmas gift for my husband and the sales staff's attitude at this particular store was rude and condescending. The Future Shop in North Oshawa is totally the opposite.
